As moms, can we all commit to prioritizing our own As moms, can we all commit to prioritizing our own wellness for once? #sponsored I added @doctors_preferred_nutrition Liver Defense to my morning routine recently and it’s made a world of difference. Because we can make a bunch of changes and swaps in the products we use around us, the clothes we wear and the food we put in our bodies and sometimes it still isn’t enough. Liver Defense supports liver health and detox functions. It’s available exclusively at Walmart and on Walmart.com. I also included the 🔗 in bio and stories to make shopping easy! #ModernWellness
I think we should rename our kitchen to be the liv I think we should rename our kitchen to be the living room because everyone ends up in here anyway. 😂#sponsored This is where our mornings start, where lunch boxes get packed and where some of our best conversations happen. It’s easily the most lived-in spot in our house. When we were choosing counter stools, I wanted something that looked beautiful but could also actually handle real life with four kids. These Canyon Counter Stools from @denver_modern are more perfect than I could have imagined for this space. They’re comfortable, beautifully made, sturdy and have become such a natural part of our everyday. I highly recommend going with the leather, because everyday use will help the leather naturally develop a rich patina and give it some character. There’s something so beautiful about investing in pieces that become part of your family’s story. #mydenvermodern

It was crowded, but I can totally see why this is It was crowded, but I can totally see why this is one of the best events in Columbus all year. Between hundreds of authors, local bookstores, book-themed vendors, food trucks, live entertainment, and activities for kids, the Columbus Book Festival had something happening around every corner. It’s definitely doable with kids, although navigating a stroller through the crowds was a little tricky. Next year, I’m going to go with a better game plan and make it a solo date (or a girls’ day if anyone wants to join me!) because I could have easily spent the entire day browsing books and listening to author talks.@columbusbookfestival @columbuslibrary #columbusbookfestival #columbusbookfest #columbus #columbusohio #cbus

The weather is finally chillier, Liam’s already begging for a cookie baking day and we had our first dusting of snow just last week. Our family is gearing up for the holidays and we have the outfits to prove it. Christmas and holiday-themed graphic tees are some of our favorites. They’re perfect for baking days, drinking hot cocoa and snuggling by the fire, Christmas tree shopping, and visiting Santa…so pretty much every day between now and January. These small shops are really bringing it with the best holiday-themed designs and I’ve pulled together a list of some of my favorites. Most of these brands have additional designs in their shops, so make sure you click through to their websites to see the rest of their Christmas tees. Happy shopping!
